Howard Adams: Otapawy is the long-awaited autobiography about the life and work of Metis scholar, Howard Adams (1921-2001). The editors have compiled the notes Adams prepared prior to his death and have let his words stand. Other friends and scholars have contributed their reflection on his life and work. A CD-ROM is included. It contains photographs and documents relating to the man and his scholarship. Readers are advised to read the editors' notes prior to tackling the book.
